Found Long-term Sobriety

Found Long-term Sobriety

“Before reading the manual I wondered if I was crazy or not. No matter how many times I would swear off the addiction I would go back to it. My actions filled my life with utter despair. I had lost all hope of ever living a sober life. I really hated myself and felt I was good for nothing. When I began to understand how the limbic part of the brain works and gained information on how to deal with it my hope resurfaced. Understanding the two part brain makes so much sense and gives so much hope. I wish I had come across this information 10 years ago.”

“I personally finally found long-term sobriety after 15 years as an addict once I understood these things and did the necessary daily exercises to become more spiritually minded and strengthen the nervous systems in my brain and in strengthening my spirit. I have been sober for over 2 years.”

“I do not look at pornography today, I do not masturbate. Two things I honestly thought I could never say before I entered into therapy with Gordon who introduced me to the Innergold System, even after confession after confession to my bishops. I would not be where I am today without the help of therapy and the Innergold system. There are many things to learn about this addiction, and how it behaves, and how you live with this addiction and not be a slave to it. This can’t really be learned in Sunday School, or with an occasional visit with the Bishop.”
